Based on the mandate to prepare and distribute health and health related manuals and standards, EPHI prepared this management and operation guideline for PHEOC with technical support from relevant stakeholders. This guideline aims to provide all PHEM and PHEOC staff, partners and other stakeholders a step-by-step guidance on how public health emergency preparedness and response efforts should be coordinated within PHEOC.
